Rehab Innovations, LLC is an independently owned rehabilitation agency that specializes in out patient physical therapy and rehabilitation services. We were established in the year 2000, and since then have expanded our business to include three locations in southern Illinois. Although we may continue to grow in size, our original goal has remained the same. This goal is to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. We continue to achieve this goal every day through the following innovative concepts:
Unlimited Office Hours:
We will come in early, stay open late, or work on Saturdays to accommodate our patient's busy schedules.
Immediate Scheduling:
Each patient referred will be scheduled for treatment within 2-3 business days of referral.
Quality Treatment:
All patients are scheduled for one on one treatment sessions. We do not try to juggle multiple patients as you deserve our full attention every session.
Continuity of Care:
Each patient will be assigned to a team of two clinicians and will continue to see one of those two clinicians on every visit. This helps to maintain the continuity of care and to maximize therapy sessions.
Evidence Based Practice:
Our treatment approach is always evidence based to ensure the most current and effective treatment options are employed.
